The French fans had plenty to shout about ahead of the SHARK Grand Prix de France as Johann Zarco (Prima Pramac Racing) put down a 1:31.888 to put his Ducati P1 ahead or his home Grand Prix. Brad Binder (Red Bull KTM Factory Racing) enjoyed a positive morning Warm Up as the South African finished P2, and with a good feeling on his KTM machine expects to be pushing for victory later on Sunday. Luca Marini (Mooney VR46 Racing Team) rounded out the top 3 in Warm Up, finishing 0.139s off the top spot.
Maverick Viñales (Aprilia Racing) put his factory Aprilia in P4 just 0.017s ahead of Alex Marquez (Gresini Racing MotoGP™) in 5th, with Fabio Quartararo (Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP™) starting Sunday of his home GP in with a 6th place finish in WUP. Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati Lenovo Team) finished the session in P9 as Fabio Di Giannantonio (Gresini Racing MotoGP™) rounded out the top 10.
