The 2024 MotoGP™ grid

Who will be riding where next season

After a lengthy silly season, we finally know the complete make up of the 2024 MotoGP™ grid. There have been plenty of movers and shakers through the year, and you can check out the full list of riders below.

DUCATI:

Francesco Bagnaia and Enea Bastianini will once again ride with Ducati Lenovo Team, while Marco Bezzecchi remains with Mooney VR46 Racing Team. Johann Zarco is leaving Prima Pramac Racing for LCR Honda Castrol, while  Jorge Martin will be a Prima Pramac Racing rider in 2024, where the Spaniard will be partnered by Franco Morbidelli. The Italian moves onto Ducati machinery after his time with Yamaha comes to a conclusion at the end of the current campaign.

The biggest talking point of the silly season revolved around Marc Marquez's move to Gresini Racing. The news was confirmed on the build-up to the Indonesian Grand Prix as the eight-time World Champion is set to line up alongside his brother Alex Marquez who will line out in blue once again in 2024! As a result of this switch, Fabio Di Giannantonio lost his Gresini seat, but will move over to the Mooney VR46 squad for next year.

KTM:

Red Bull KTM Factory Racing will line up with Brad Binder and Jack Miller in 2024, with Binder extending his contract to 2026 at the Austrian GP.

Pol Espargaro (GASGAS Factory Racing Tech3), Augusto Fernandez (GASGAS Factory Racing Tech3) and Pedro Acosta (Red Bull KTM Ajo) were the three riders linked to just two RC16s, and in the end, it is Fernandez and Acosta who won out. Espargaro will remain with the team next season, but will transition into a different role.

HONDA:

There's a very big change coming at Honda as for the first time in 11 years, Marc Marquez will not don the Repsol Honda colours. Both rider and team have agreed to part ways come the end of the current season, meaning Joan Mir will be partnered with Luca Marini in 2024. The Italian joins from the Mooney VR46 squad on a two year deal, and his first opportunity on a full factory spec bike.

On the LCR team, Taka Nakagami has signed on for another season, and will have Johann Zarco on the other side of the box to him on 2024.
