Whilst MotoGP™ fans have already been treated to racing action at the MotoGP™ Guru by Gryfyn Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix, points are still up for grabs as a rain-plagued Tissot Sprint is set to be on the cards. Maverick Viñales (Aprilia Racing) quickly found his feet in a wet warm-up as the Catalan's 1:39.036 saw him 1.2 seconds clear of his nearest challenger Jorge Martin (Prima Pramac Racing). It was no surprise either to see Marc Marquez (Repsol Honda Team) excel in the greasy conditions as the eight-time champ bagged P3 ahead of the two Red Bull KTM Factory Racing rider's Jack Miller and Brad Binder.

Championship leader Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati Lenovo Team) however was less fond of the slippery conditions. The Italian struggled to get to grips with his factory Ducati in the wet, and could only muster 20th place on Sunday morning.
The MotoGP™ grid will be back on track in Australia, but this time first ever Tissot Sprint at Phillip Island. Make sure to tune in as the action commences at 13:00 local time (GMT +11).
